Just got in from doing the gig at The Bridge Folk Club in Newcastle.  Lovely crowd there, all in great voice.  Many thanks to Dave Minikin for taking the chance on our relatively unknown act and inviting us as guests.  We certainly enjoyed it.

An ex-schoolmate had noticed that I was going to be on there and came to watch – haven’t seen her for 37 years!  We had quite a bit of catching up to do and I was very touched that she turned out to see us.

It was GREAT to see lots of familiar faces from Cramlington Folk Club, so it was big hugs all round, and a bunch of other people we know from the Newcastle area came to support too.

Super space to perform and what a great atmosphere – we’re already looking forward to returning there sometime next year!
